The Best Western Premier Airport Hotel Incheon is located within the airport perimeter, but 1/2 mile away from the terminal building. On arrival at the hotel ask for a room on a high floor facing the airport. If you get one of these rooms you will have views of runway 33 threshold, although you will need a telescope to read the movements off due to the distance from the hotel. The rooms come equipped with large TV screens with various channels. One of the channels lists all the arrival and departure information for the airport, with the added bonus that cargo and general aviation flights are also included (registrations are not given). For those people who do not fancy tasting the local cuisine there is a restaurant in the hotel serving western food!

The Hyatt Regency
Cologne Incheon Hotel is found almost next door to the above best Western Hotel, and is connected with the airport by a complimentary shuttle bus that operates every 15 minutes. Again you need a room on a high floor for the best results. Reports suggest that if you ask for an odd numbered room in the range 909 to 921 you will get the best results. In the description provided by the hotel it says
that you can visit the "Regency Club bar to get great views of departing Jumbo's".
