Staff are quite unhelpful and aren’t willing to block out airport view rooms – we were allocated room 502 (after a heated email and contact with British Airways Holidays) and it had a partial/blocked view of the planes. The shuttle bus was fantastic and it made getting to the viewing terrace much easier than the 10/15 walk…
6th floor rooms are smoking rooms but in theory would provide much better views.

Breakfast staff are super and are always happy to help you with any food related questions. Restaurant staff are nice as well.

The reception staff were VERY difficult when asking for a kettle in the room as they don’t provide you with tea and coffee making facilities.

    Stay date: October 25th – October 29th 2015.
